In a press release at the MTH site comes the news that the molds and trademarks connected with S-Helper S Gauge Trains have been sold to MTH Trains, who will have products available for sale in 2013. Existing inventory will remain with the S-Helper folks, who are currently running a number of specials on remaining inventory. This move should insure the survival of the Showcase line of trains, as well as establish MTH (finally!) in S gauge. I look forward to seeing what comes from this huge S gauge seed that has been transplanted to MTH. We should have exciting times ahead of us.
To all the folks at S-Helper, thank you for the contributions you have made over the years to S gauge. Job well done!
